Understanding design requirements, visualising, conceptualising and implementing design projects.  Designing layouts for corporate collaterals such as brochures, posters, packaging, presentations, newsletters, logos, icons, illustrations etc.  Design of user interface for Websites.  Go on photo shoots and on-press when necessary.

The candidate must be & have:

Designing corporate logos & brochures.  Making corporate websites using Flash/Adobe PhotoShop.   Cross platform knowledge of InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe PhotoShop, Corel Draw, Flash   Knowledge on creating artworks for print production.   Good Communications skills are must and good command over English.   Should be self motivated and self driven.   Ability to work as a team member.

Job Description:

Receive, re-direct and relay telephone messages and fax messages.  Maintain Inbox and Outbox for all incoming & outgoing and general correspondence, and making suitable entries with date stamps in the registers.  Maintain the general filing system and file all correspondence.  Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, conferences and conference telephone calls.  Make preparations for committee meetings.  Maintain an adequate inventory of office supplies in coordination with the Admin staff.  Respond to public inquiries.  Monitor the use of supplies and equipment.  Coordinate the repair and maintenance of office equipment.  Answer all incoming calls and handle callers inquiries whenever possible.  Re-direct calls as appropriate and take adequate messages when required.  Greet, assist and/ or direct visitors and the general public.  Provide administrative services for the Director.  watch over cleaning staff/ maid, general day to day requirements.
